This architecturally designed home is orientated to maximise on the most incredible sea and mountain views.  Sitting on an elevated site, this three-bedroom house looks down and out onto the Atlantic Ocean, Mwelrea Mountain, and many islands and inlets.  The house is flooded with natural light, partly down to a central atrium roof light that runs through the spine of the house, but also due to the large picture windows and glazing throughout.  The property enjoys a bright and welcoming kitchen which leads into the dining area and off this is a beautifully decorated and tasteful sitting room. In addition to the three rooms, there is the large master ensuite and family bathroom.

Upstairs there are two mezzanines which also enjoy the spectacular views.  Attached to the house and just off the kitchen there is an outdoor utility room.  No expense has been spared in the construction of this house and the quality of which is evident throughout. There is current full planning permission to extend the house, adding a further two bedrooms, garage, boot room, bathroom and games room/ gym, studio should the buyer choose to do so.
