Thinking of Selling?

It may feel like a daunting process to put a property on the market, but with the help of our friendly and professional team, it is straight forward and simple.

Often, it is uncertainty that causes people to delay in selling a property, whether it be that they are nervous of the market or perhaps feel it could be expensive.

Here are some frequently asking questions that we often encounter from our first time clients that  may put your thoughts at ease:

Right now! Spring time is one of the best times of the year to introduce a property to the market.

Yes it has, but maybe not how you would expect! We at Matt O’Sullivan’s are happy to report great interest and very positive sales throughout this time.

Safety is our number one priority and always at the forefront of our minds during these difficult times. We follow the strict health and safety protocols put in place by both our government and by our regulating authority. At times when it is not possible to physically visit the property, we can offer virtual viewings or can send interested buyers a video walk-through of the property.

For us to put your property on the market, we need:

  • A signed property sales agreement (don’t worry, we will send this to you directly and can answer any queries you may have about it).
  • A copy of the seller’s ID and proof of address.
  • A building energy rating certificate – if you don’t have one already, that’s no problem, we can put you in touch with a local BER assessor who can provide this.

We don’t charge you anything to bring your property to the market – we work on a ‘NO SALE, NO FEE’ basis.
Contact our office to find out details on our fees, along with the marketing campaign we offer to introduce your property to the market.
