Description

In the highly scenic and desirable area of Maum, Erislannan, we are delighted to bring to the market a most charming cottage.  Accessed via a long dirt Road, the house which situated on an elevated site enjoys lovely views from a very private setting.  The house has two large bedrooms and a large living room.  A back kitchen/utility and bathroom were added in 1988 and the roof was replaced at the same time.  The cottage enjoys great natural light and high ceilings but is in need of complete renovation and modernisation.  There are 2 sheds, around the property, one small one to front of the cottage, and the other one adjacent.  Sea views can be appreciated from this elevated position.  Errislannin is ideally located, approximately half way between the town of Clifden and the village of Ballyconneely.  Circa 55 acres of agricultural land can be purchased in addition to this house or as a separate lot.
