We present a large two storey derelict farmhouse in the charming countryside of Carrowhekeen, Clonbur.  The house sits on circa 1.83 acres of good ground which is currently being grazed. The ground is split in two and located on both sides of the road.  There is also a large dilapidated shed to the rear of the property.  The stone built house which is in need of total renovation or demolition was once a very fine property with excellent proportions.

The house and 2 plots of land are located approximately one mile from Clonbur village on a quite country road. The village of Cong is only approximately 2 miles away.  Lough Mask and Lough Corrib are easily accessible and are a huge draw to the area.

DIRECTIONS

Coming from the Corn a Mona direction, continue into the village of Clonbur.  Drive through the village and take a right hand turn at the end; you will then pass a church on your right hand side.  Very shortly after the church, take the first right hand turn (you will see a plague commemorating the Titanic) and follow this road for just under a mile.  The farmhouse and larger plot of land is on the left hand side of the road and the smaller plot of land is directly across the road.  Both plots are accessed by 6 bar gates.
